The Workout Time Lab is an advanced timer designed to control and plan trainings. The apps is fitted to work as a simple stopwatch, timer or interval timer. The progress of workout can be read both in digital form and from analog clock face. Analogue view especially suited for practice group e.g. aerobics, swimming training, but also when we observe the apps from some distance. At any time, the program can perform a detailed report containing an analysis of data along with charts and save it as a PDF document - with just one click. In landscape mode, the analog clock will be replaced by lap chart. Where it is convenient, you can use night mode (especially during measurements in the laboratory).

The apps enables control advanced trainings, starting at popular HIIT or Tabata, training based on unequal length of interval for example. Fartlek Astrand. You can control trainings when length of some parts needs manual control of time e.g. to improve the amount of pull-ups (popular pyramids), or a series of CrossFit workouts based on the number of reps (also AMRAPS).

In a simple way you can control experiments at laboratory eg. exercises in physics performed by students. The program allows immediate analysis of data, including the presentation of results on a logarithmic scale, which often helps determine instantly whether the experiment is going well.

The most important features:

Stopwatch, timer, interval timer, programable timer.
Readable Analog Clock Faces.
The Night Mode - perfect for working in the laboratory.
Detailed report in the PDF document.
The parts of workout can be defined as "infinity sets" (necessary for workouts based on reps).
Predefined database of workouts e.g. HIIT, Tabata, Fartlek Astrand, Fartlek Saltine.
Each of part of workout can have different length.
The ability to define any number of timers.
List of laps with graphical representation, also on a logarithmic scale.
Data analysis of laps (average, median etc.).
Report in real time.
In landscape mode, graph of laps in the main window.
